Tasting notes: Clear wine, light yellow in color with a greenish sheen, quite dense and medium in color. The nose is dominated by flowers and fruit, of medium intensity. The aroma is fine. Of the fruits, I find the aroma of fresh apricot, pear, green apple and citrus. Of the flowers, the aroma of elderflower is emphasized. The wine is dry, quite warm and quite soft. Quite fresh and tasty. It is medium-bodied, harmonious and harmonious. The wine is ready to be consumed at a temperature of 8 - 10 degrees Celsius.
Pairing: Aperitif, fish appetizers, creamy risotto with shrimp and mussels.

Tasting notes: Clear wine, straw yellow in color. Intense aroma considering the aromatics of the variety. Ripe yellow fruit dominates, strong aroma of grapes, i.e. wine, nutmeg, fragrant meadow flowers. On the nose it is medium sweet, lighter in body with plenty of freshness. Warm and consistent. The finish is long, fruity and provides us with uncomplicated pleasure. Serving temperature is 8-10 degrees in a tulip glass.
Pairing: Fruit cakes with apples or pears, fruit pies and strudels, mature cow's cheeses, digestif.
