For each registered wine sample, it is mandatory to submit four (4) bottles of wine with original labels or a label containing at least the following information: name and surname or name of the producer, name of the Wine, year of Harvest, Wine Region/zoo
By submitting the form, you declare that you agree with the following statements:
I undertake to deliver wine samples to the address Prošutana Gospoja, Sveta Nedija 5, 51516 Vrbnik until 16.03.2026. (delivery contact – Anton Brusić 0915153991)
I am obliged to pay the registration fee per sample which amounts to 123.45 € + VAT per sample, and this year the registration fee per sample is reduced by 40% and amounts to 74.00 € + VAT or 92.50 €. For every third and Next reported sample, the price is reduced by 50% and amounts to 62.00 + VAT or 77.50 €.
