For each registered sample of strong alcoholic beverage for evaluation, it is mandatory to submit two (2) sample bottles (min. 0.5L) with original labels or a label containing at least the following information: name and surname or name of the manufacturer, product name, year of production, alcoholic strength

By submitting the form, you declare that you agree with the following statements:

I undertake to deliver wine samples to the address Prošutana Gospoja, Sveta Nedija 5, 51516 Vrbnik until 16.03.2026. (delivery contact – Anton Brusić 0915153991)

I undertake to pay the registration fee per sample, which amounts to €123.45 + VAT per sample, and this year the price has been reduced by 40% and amounts to €74.00 + VAT, or €92.50. For each third and subsequent registered sample, the price has been reduced by 50 % and amounts to €62.00 + VAT, or €77.50.
