Do danas je titulu europske regije gastronomije ponijelo 20 regija iz 15 zemalja, a cilj platforme je holisti\u010dko, sustavno, plansko i strate\u0161ko povezivanje gastronomije, turizma i kulture te razmjena znanja i koordinacija projekata izme\u0111u poljoprivrednog, obrazovnog, turisti\u010dkog te institucionalnog sektora. Time se izravno poti\u010de regionalni razvoj, oja\u010dava lokalna zajednica i gradi prepoznatljivost regija koje su pristupile platformi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">Zahvaljuju\u0107i dugogodi\u0161njim i kontinuiranim aktivnostima na podru\u010dju promocije eno- gastronomije, od prezentacija kvarnerske kuhinje nacionalno i globalno, promocije ponude kvarnerskih restorana, do edukacije i povezivanja proizvo\u0111a\u010da autohtonih namirnica i vina te kuhara, sommeliera i restoranskog osoblja, uspostavljena su \u010dvrsta strate\u0161ka partnerstva izme\u0111u TZ Kvarnera i regionalnih dionika \u2013 Primorsko-goranske \u017eupanije, Fakulteta za menad\u017ement u turizmu i ugostiteljstvu te udru\u017eenja vinara Vina Kvarnera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">Akcijski plan razvoja gastronomije PG\u017d-a temelj je i orijentir u svim aktivnostima koje provodi TZ Kvarnera. Upravo je IGCAT prepoznao sustavan rad turisti\u010dke zajednice Kvarnera na brendiranju regionalne i lokalne eno-gastronomije i kulture stola kroz razvoj regionalnih oznaka kvalitete i projekte Kvarner Gourmet, Kvarner Food i Kvarner Wines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">Vrhunac projekta \u201cKvarner &#8211; Europska regija gastronomije 2026\u201d bit \u0107e 2026. godina, kada \u0107e se diljem regije odr\u017eavati najve\u0107i broj razli\u010ditih doga\u0111anja i projekata poduzetih u suradnji s dionicima i partnerima. Ambasadori su redom vrhunski profesionalci u sektorima gastronomije, ugostiteljstva, enologije i zdravstvenog turizma, a svojim postignu\u0107ima daju poseban legitimitet projektu. To su: Daniela Kramari\u0107 (restoran Plavi podrum, Volosko), Davor Andri\u0107 (hotel &amp; restoran Vila Barbat, Rab), Deni Srdo\u010d (Hidden Wine Bistro, Rijeka), Dra\u017een Lesica (restoran Rivica, Njivice), Egle Katunar (Ku\u0107a vina Ivan Katunar, Vrbnik), Klaudio Jur\u010di\u0107 (hotel &amp; restoran Bevanda, Opatija), Krunoslav Kapetanovi\u0107 (hotel &amp; restoran Navis, Opatija), Marinko Kauzlari\u0107 (hotel &amp; restoran Bitoraj, Fu\u017eine), Nenad Kukurin (hotel &amp; restoran Kukuriku, Kastav), Robert Benzia (Food &amp; Wine Bar Ganeum, Lovran), Cyntia Vu\u010daj (Villa Ariston, Opatija), Stiven Vuni\u0107 (konoba Zijavica, Mo\u0161\u0107eni\u010dka Draga), Tomislav Pavle\u0161i\u0107 (UNIRI i Centar za vinogradarstvo, vinarstvo i uljarstvo), Vlasta Brozi\u010devi\u0107 (Poliklinika Terme Selce, Selce), te sommelieri Mate Neguli\u0107, Josip Ori\u0161kovi\u0107, Alen Vuki\u0107, \u010caslav Matijevi\u0107, \u017darko Stilin, Monika Neral, Martina \u0160karica, Marinela Mrkonja, Lucija Marijevi\u0107 i Ines Mati\u0107 Mate\u0161kovi\u0107. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">Pridru\u017eenjem ovoj internacionalnoj platformi, Kvarner je dobio mogu\u0107nost sudjelovanja u projektima IGCAT-a, \u010dime se regiji i njezinim destinacijama te partnerima osigurava vidljivost, suradnja i prepoznatljivost na me\u0111unarodnom tr\u017ei\u0161tu. Tako je film Turisti\u010dke zajednice \u201cIt`s all about the taste\u201d osvojio prvo mjesto na Food Film Menu natjecanju 2023. godine, u kategoriji \u201cLinking rural and urban\u201d, a pastry chef Tea Vuni\u0107 iz konobe Zijavica, pozvana je u stru\u010dni \u017eiri projekta European Young Chef Award 2023.
