Kada gost odlu\u010duje povjeriti ponovno povjerenje ugostiteljskom objektu, u ovom primjeru restoranu, na njegovu odluku utje\u010de niz faktora. Mjere\u0107i u postocima, u toj odluci s preko 55 % vodi upravo servis ispred kvalitete namirnica i ambijenta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p data-block-type=\"core\">Kako se ne bi zanemario niti prodajni aspekt, jer ne zaboravimo &#8211; servis nije samo bonton, brzina, maniri ve\u0107 i prodaja, va\u017eno je educirati osoblje. Maniri, znanje i bonton utje\u010du na povjerenje gosta. Kada se stekne povjerenje tada dolazi i do ciljane prodaje jer sigurno je da upravo mi znamo \u0161to najbolje mo\u017eemo ponuditi u svojoj ku\u0107i. Nu\u017eno je odvojiti vrijeme za gosta, saznati kakav stil vina preferira. Ako gost ima vinsku kulturu i izrazi svoje preference, tada mu samo educirano osoblje mo\u017ee parirati u razgovoru i preporu\u010diti mu ne\u0161to iz na\u0161eg kraja, \u0161to odgovara stilu koji gost preferira. Ako gost tek upoznaje svijet vina tada mu mo\u017eemo svojim znanjem i preporukom stvoriti emociju i usmjeriti ga u smjeru da upravo na\u0161a vina budu njegova omiljena. Dakle, vina prodaje educirano osoblje, sommelieri ili ljudi koji poslu\u017euju i upijaju i u\u010de vinsku kulturu. Vinska karta bi trebala biti zadnja koja prodaje vina. Predstavio mi je svoja vina prije pola godine\u00a0 i ve\u0107 tada sam imao viziju ponovnog ku\u0161anja, ali ovog puta na Matuljima ispod brajde, tamo gdje su njegova vina kod ku\u0107e. Zanima me ho\u0107e li tamo biti jo\u0161 u\u017eitnija. Vina Kapi\u0107 krasi elegancija i odli\u010dan balans, lepr\u0161avost i lako\u0107a pijenja i u\u017eivanja. Poseban naglasak stavlja na edukaciju osoblja kao najva\u017eniju prodajnu tehniku u na\u0161em poslu. Nositelj je A.S.I. sommelierske diplome te je kao sommelier predstavljao Hrvatsku na me\u0111unarodnim sommelierskim natjecanjima i kampovima.
